Further, the Gold futures slipped into red and touched a low of Rs 30,087, but soon, bounced back into green and touched a high of Rs 30,230 in early trades.
The Indian Gold has now gained 0.2 per cent (up Rs 54) at Rs 30,187.
The counter has seen trades of around 5,533 contracts, while, the open interest has increased by 158-odd lots.
In the international market, the Gold February delivery has surged 0.8 per cent at $ 1,252.10.
Meanwhile, the Indian rupee is trading almost unchanged.
