Weekly Market View
Nifty extended gains for the fourth week also reacting on major domestic and international events and data with RBI policy remained the key aspect. The central bank kept the policy repo rate under the liquidity adjustment facility unchanged at 6.25 per cent. Nifty looks bullish on weekly and daily chart on close above the resistance level of 9705 for the next target of 9850 however a healthy bull market correction is expected below the close of support level of 9600 and correction may drag the market to test the support of 9480.
Weekly Nifty Bank View
Nifty Bank traded bullish being ore strong then the nifty and ended the week at new life time closing high at 23634.nifty bank witnessed volatility on account of RBI’s policy review and interest rate decision wherein the central bank kept the policy repo rate under the liquidity adjustment facility unchanged at 6.25%.It looks bullish on close above the level of 23778 for the next buying target of 24100.
Global Markets Update
World Markets consolidated in last week of trading as the markets around the world awaits many important events outcome during the week. Investors braced for surprises from former FBI director James Comey’s congressional appearance, the European Central Bank’s policy meeting and the UK general elections. S&P 500 closed the Thursday trading at 2433.79 and German Dax closed the same at 12770.Asian peers ended the Thursday trading with Nikkei 225 closing at 20013.26 and shanghai composite closed at 3158.40.
